Asia Pacific Masters Games
The Asia Pacific Masters Games is a regional multi-sport event in which participants from the Asia-Pacific region compete for themselves, instead of their countries. Governed by the International Masters Games Association (IMGA), the Asia Pacific Masters Games is open to participants of all abilities and most ages, with the minimum age criteria for individual sports range between 25 and 35 years.
Wushu’s inclusion: 2018
The Malaysian state of Penang hosted the event’s first edition in 2018 from September 7-15, and wushu was included as official competition discipline.
